Carousel blocks provide a similar function as card blocks do, however, instead of one card being produced, multiple cards are produced.  

To create a carousel block click on the ‘+’ and create a human message that will trigger the bot into producing a carousel block. 

Once the human trigger message has been set select ‘add block’ in the newly generated block following your trigger message. 

Select ‘carousel’ under bot blocks.
